Calculator inputs. When you use our protein calculators, the numbers you enter (weight, age, activity level, and similar) are processed entirely in your own browser. We do not send them to our servers, store them, or tie them to you in any way. Close the tab and they are gone.
Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this only to read and reply to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list, because we do not run one.
